Following a 20 year career in financial services, Andy Kime has been a Business & Enterprise Guide at The Growth Hub Gloucester for the last 7 years. He mixes attention to detail and creativity with strategy and financial acumen to deliver outstanding client centred service. Andy also delivers the Government’s Help to Grow Management and other business programmes at the University of Gloucestershire.

Lucy is our Digital Marketing Manager, bringing her expertise and creativity to the team since August 2019. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for all things digital, Lucy works on a variety of marketing projects for the Gloucester Growth Hub. With her finger on the pulse of digital trends and a commitment to helping Gloucestershire businesses, Lucy amplifies our messages and fosters connections with businesses far and wide. Beyond her role at the Hub, Lucy also supports the broader offerings for businesses provided by University of Gloucestershire.
Sonia Smith - Growth Hub Host
Sonia is our Growth Hub Host and has been part of the team since the Hub first opened its doors in 2014. With a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight, Sonia is an invaluable member of the team and has played a key role in helping us create the welcoming, professional Hub experience that we have become known for. Alongside her role as Host, Sonia also looks after our Incubation tenants and puts her years of experience to the test each Christmas pulling together our annual Festive Fayre which has become a highlight of the University of Gloucestershire’s calendar.
