Event description

The impact that digital and new technology is having on the business world is profound, with the pace of change within business moving at a speed never before seen. Almost weekly new business models are developed and new ideas change the way we communicate with our customers, staff and suppliers. During this workshop you will learn about the new emerging business models and tools that can help you make better decisions and discover how digital and lean methodology can keep your business competitive and engaged with your customers. You will be exposed to case studies and methodologies that can inspire you to be innovative and increase the pace at which your business operates.

During this session we will explore the three main states that are brought about by digital: Defend, Differentiate and Disrupt. You will learn where your business sits today, what the risks are and most importantly develop an action plan to prepare you for the future. We will also explore the concepts of innovation and using methodologies such as agile, MVP’s and LEAN.
