Improving your wellbeing and resilience to external pressures has never been more important. During this experiential workshop you will practice movement, mindfulness and nature connection techniques that have proven results in helping people feel happier, more connected, less anxious and develop a stronger sense of purpose. You will take home a ‘mindful toolkit’ that you can integrate into your daily lives and the lives of those around you, including in your work teams, to help you build stronger foundations for the year ahead.

stress. - A simple breathing technique to calm the nervous system and stay focussed.
- Mindfulness practices to help you cope better under pressure and feel happier at work and
