A fully funded one-to-one session with a Commercial property expert to answer any tricky questions you may have about your commercial property portfolio or premises. Covering leases, service charges, health & safety compliance or anything you wish to discuss that’s relevant to you and your business in relation to commercial property. This 1-2-1 session is your time to ask any questions you have about your current commercial situation and advice will be tailored to you. For those with a more general interest however, it could help you to understand the basics.

- The basics of a commercial lease and what you’ve signed up to/may be considering signing up to.
- Responsibilities in respect of health & safety compliance for your demise as a Landlord or tenant.
- Rent reviews – what do they mean and your right to challenge them
- How to find the right premises/property whether you’re an investor or a Tenant.

Business owners, property owners and tenants.
One week in advance of your session, you will be asked to provide a summary of your area(s) of concern, along with any supporting relevant documentation to allow Stephanie time to review this and to offer you tailored 1-2-1 support.
