Experience
Lindsey has been in hospitality ever since university managing serviced apartments, large and boutique independent hotels.
She moved to Cheltenham in 2017, purchasing Cleeve Hill Hotel and has managed the business through the past five difficult years. She runs and manages the hotel herself gaining experience in all areas that culminate in successfully running a business.
She volunteers as an Exec Board Member for the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce as their Hospitality and Events Exec. She also chaired and developed TURF Cheltenham, a group of 45 independent hospitality businesses within Cheltenham.
Her strengths are in reviewing aims and objectives of both business and individual; are the right decisions being made for the right reasons? Experienced in HR, she really understands the importance of supporting team development and therefore personal development. She has previously mentored for Oxford Brookes and the University of Surrey as well as locally when asked.
