Be Your Own Boss is a one day workshop designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to launch and grow a successful business. You’ll learn how to create a comprehensive business plan, manage finances, and conduct market research. Gain insights into identifying competitors and understanding your target customers, key factors for standing out in the market.
This workshop aims to provide the confidence, skills, and strategies required to help you decide if starting and running a business is right for you. By the end, you’ll leave with a business plan template along with a marketing and sales action plan ready for implementation to start your new venture.
